Methods:
$ p3 K W) u% S! p: ?' C& u! @Wash and cut chicken fillet into 2cm wide strips then marinate with Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine, Cornfstarch and Pepper for at least 30 minutes or more.

Methods:
5 l* y( F7 y X8 BMix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside for later used.
