2,锅里放牛油,放红葱炒香炒透明,跟着放芹菜和南瓜炒一会,加适量的清水,一片香味,,煮至南瓜软熟,把香叶去掉稍凉待用。_!FdC'Oj4A*f&R"^;U

3,放凉的南瓜搅打成南瓜浆,再回锅,放少许鸡粉调味煮一会,放适量的奶油煮开后,看汤的浓稠度,如果稀就用少许生粉勾芡,装碗中,挤几滴奶油在汤表面即可。
