调味品有醋有糖有盐有米酒有胡椒粉,味道是酸中带甜甜中带辣辣中带咸,五味俱全应该是很不错的。只是颜色有点重了,口味应该是没得说。

这道菜醋香中带有微甜,咸鲜味美很下饭,制作起来也不复杂。关键是炸和炖,在炸的时候要炸透,炖的时候要炖至入味才好吃,

用盘子翻鱼,这一手真是厉害,平常我都是用勺子和筷子配合,也容易翻坏了
