个人感觉毛蚶烫得过熟了,其实毛蚶稍微烫一下就行,就跟吃火锅时的七上八下就够了,张开了就说明毛蚶太熟了,正常合适的情况是用手能较轻松的掰开,但是没有自然裂开,掰进去之后毛蚶里面的血液还能看到是最合适的。仅供参考,各个地方的吃法不同!

这个毛蚶太熟了不好吃的,毛蚶俗称血螺!在滚的水烫几秒钟就可以捞上来了,c8ZfIgm!C2[

打开之后会有像血一样的水,所以才叫血螺!带血水的血螺吃起来才是有味道,但很多人不喜欢那个味道

是太熟了,破坏了鲜度,但为了卫生也没办法。还是怀念生吃的岁月。
