4. 锅离火,把肉倒入并迅速划散,上火,大火翻炒至肉变色后,盛起多余的油,留少量的油在锅中。(注意油要多噢!还有很关键的就是滑肉时,锅里的油温不能太高,要离火,待肉划散之后再上火。这是把肉炒嫩的关键)加入适量酱油
