3,豉油汁煮滚后,放进腌制好的鸡,加进黄酒,等锅中的豉油汁再次沸腾后转小火,边煮边反复用勺子豉油汁淋在鸡上,10分钟后鸡翻转一面使两面上色均匀色泽光亮。继续再煮10分钟。%|#j
