倒入碗中,放少许白糖调味,但不要吃出甜,鸡汁少许,根据自己口味来放入绿芥末!吃时,直接沾料食用!

技术关键:蜗牛一定不能煮至时间太长,否者肉太硬,太老。洗蜗牛一定要放白醋,否者粘液洗不掉!白醋就是去粘液的作用!_Se:I0l/W%T
