放入面粉,在水中放一点盐,倒在面粉和鸡蛋中,慢慢的倒,先少倒一点。

如果不急着吃,面团可以放到容器中,盖上盖子,饧一个小时。可放入冰箱冷藏室,面会更加筋道。取出面团,开始擀面咯。Xn
