材料:熟羊肉400多克(我好像买了1斤),鸡蛋5个,黄瓜一根,芝麻若干,香油、精盐、味精、淀粉、面粉、葱姜(r+ZA`bJ-T

2、羊肉加适量精盐味精和香油,与黄瓜丁拌匀。TDgP

3、鸡蛋一个放碗内加上面粉和成面糊(这张PP忘了拍了~~) 嘿嘿 不过也不需要看 谁都会~~~

4、将剩余的4个鸡蛋打碗内加入少许精盐,湿淀粉抽打均匀。如锅摊成两张鸡蛋皮,厚度约3mm

5、将羊肉平摊在蛋皮中间,四周抹上面糊
