原料:乳鸽一只。 q3u5YuN J/@
料头:姜片,葱条

制法:1.乳鸽洗净,用生抽,少许酒,姜,葱,味精,盐。腌制。(内外擦匀。葱,姜塞乳鸽肚子里腌制15分钟)

3.用料头起锅,爆香,溅酒(花雕酒,多放)放入乳鸽,加上汤,调味(盐,汤,味精,蚝油)加盖煮15分钟。
