制作过程:

1.活虾买回来放冰箱冰过再剥虾仁(这样比直接剥活虾容易,也可以对虾虾少点愧疚感).剥的时候先轻轻摘下虾头,注意不要直接拉下来,轻轻转下虾头,顺带把虾肠一起拉出.剥好的虾仁,用少许盐和料酒抓匀,再放淀粉抓匀,静置待用.&m-t(L3@/D'mZ

3.准备一个小碗,放淀粉加水调成稍薄的水淀粉.
