香菇也用酒,酱油,糖 按照1:1:0.5的比例腌15分钟yPF"O

准备的蔬菜还有胡萝卜和可爱的小青菜,都一起放油锅里稍微炒一下,清炒~~7kT'uZ5~J5\

然后要用油锅爆香葱姜,然后加腌好的鸡炒一下,大概8成熟就好了,记得把腌香菇的汁,如果多下来的也一起加进去。l7HB eA-R)f%qzM0h

米,要先泡30分钟,然后倒掉水,用麻油拌一下,这样锅边的地方才是脆的,而且超级香哦~

水,小V用的泰国长米,大概刚刚淹没米的样子就够了,这种米不吸水~~~~然后煮到8成熟,中间可以稍微翻一下,以免上层的米不熟~

好久没吃过沙煲饭了 虽然做起来麻烦 可是那味道确实香得很
