材料:鱼头一个,料酒,大蒜,生姜,生抽,蚝油,白糖.;aj5hm W~
做法:

1.鱼头洗干净,沥干水分.大蒜三个剥去皮(这个剥出来的量大概有二三十小颗哦),姜一大块去皮切厚片.
