香酥可口的黄桥烧饼
原料分成好几个部分.

馅料:我调的是葱花猪肉馅。5块钱猪肉做成肉酱,加5毛钱葱.

⒈将面团原料放在一起揉成团,因为每种面粉的吃水量都不相同,所以水不要一次放足,先放大部分,再根据软硬程度适当添加。

⒉将揉好的面团静置一会儿。再将静置过的面团揉至光滑,搓成长条。

3.面团静置的时候,做油酥.只需把油和面粉搅拌均匀即可.
