1、捏饭团前,应戴上一次性手套,可使饭粒不会粘在手上;捏饭团时,不可用力过猛,要用巧力轻压饭团,压成不会散开的球状即成。

2、做日式饭团应用寿司米,即日本珍珠米,买不到寿司米,可用其他白米代替,建议用粘性较大的油粘米代之。
