材料:猪腰4只、青椒、红萝卜、洋葱(适量)、蚝油两大匙、砂糖一少匙、小许、生粉水、姜片、蒜片、葱段@

1:先将猪腰趟开两边,去掉白色的筋(最好用剪刀,比用刀方便),切成腰花.把腰花放落在烧的开水里+两三片姜灼两到三分钟左右。'W
