很久以前就思量着要学做泡椒风爪

昨天晚上兴起,所以copy了一把

首先制作泡椒水TU-t0f;F

材料:野山椒(一瓶),花椒适量,红辣椒2-3个,生姜,葱

料酒,白酒,白醋,白糖,盐

以上材料倒在锅里,加入凉水,煮开,沸腾后再3分钟左右

这样做的目的是为了让泡椒的辣味更加刺激,
